Our StoryLong before e marketing had a name, a logo, or a business plan, there was a little girl who loved creating, imagining, and designing.
I have always been wired to notice the details. I have always cared deeply about doing things well. Looking back, I can see that creativity, organization, and intentionality have been part of who God created me to be from the very beginning.
One of my earliest examples of this was my beloved Hannah Montana Malibu Dreamhouse. I had begged and begged for it, and when it finally arrived on Christmas morning, I treated it like a masterpiece. I kept every piece of miniature furniture perfectly arranged and carefully maintained. Now, I look back and realize that I was so focused on keeping it perfect that I hardly even played with it.
Looking back now, I laugh — but I also recognize something important. I have always had a desire to create, organize, refine, and I have always cared for things deeply.
That same attention to detail followed me into adulthood. Creativity runs through my family. My dad and brother are artists. My mom and sister are musically gifted. I have always felt like I landed somewhere in the middle — carrying pieces of each of those creative gifts while finding my own way to express them through art, music, design, and entrepreneurship.
Entrepreneurship has been a part of me for quite some time.
From selling artwork in high school to raise money for a mission trip to hand-painting banners to make an extra dollar post-grad, I have always looked for ways to turn ideas into something tangible.
When I began college, I thought my path was architecture. I loved design and creativity, but after my first semester, I realized it was not where I was meant to stay. I spent time seeking counsel, visiting the career center, taking personality assessments, and exploring where my strengths truly aligned.
Somehow, I wound up in the world of marketing.
And it immediately clicked.
Marketing allowed me to combine creativity, perfectionism, storytelling, relationships, and entreprenuership — all of the things that made me who I am.
From that moment forward, owning my own business was always the dream.
During my senior year of college, I found myself determined to gain real-world experience. Although internships were not required for my degree, I knew I wanted to learn beyond the classroom. I began applying for opportunities, even when I did not fully know what I was looking for.
That decision opened doors I never expected.
Through internships, jobs, mentors, and employers who believed in me before I had years of experience, I learned what marketing truly meant. I learned the importance of serving people well, telling authentic stories, and creating work that makes an impact.
Now, a few years removed from college, I am stepping into a new season — bringing the lessons I have learned, the creativity God has given me, and the passion I have carried for years into e marketing.
This is the beginning of something I have dreamed about for a long time.
And I cannot wait to see what we cultivate together.
